A gin bramble cocktail brings out the tart and fruity flavours of the cloudberries in our gin.
A delicious mid-week sipper that will tantalise your tastebuds.
Ingredients
-50ml gin
-25ml lemon juice
-¾tbsp sugar syrup
-ice cubes
-crushed ice
-¾tbsp crème de mure
-a sprig of mint and a single blackberry to serve
Method
1. Shake the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with a good handful of ice cubes, then strain into a glass full of crushed ice.
2. Drizzle the crème de mure over the top so it ‘bleeds’ into the drink.
3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and blackberry.
