The delicate piney character of juniper is enriched by ripe fruit aromas of rowan berries and sweet citrus, laced with underlying aromatics of rose hip and heather.
Palate
Characterised by a remarkably soft mouthfeel with light Juniper notes, ripe berries and a subtle spice. The bright citrus notes complement the red fruits and delicate floral aromatics, creating a harmonious blend.

Originally tasted when staying at a Grantown on Spey guesthouse. Tried to purchase from the shop but was closed on a Monday. Bought on line and it’s as tasty as remembered. A perfect blend of fruit, floral and citrus flavours. Good enough to drink on its own over ice but a splash of good quality tonic is perfect.

We are lucky enough to have received a few refills from Cairngorms gin and I regularly use these lovely gins for birthday and Fathers / Mother’s Day presents. The botanicals from the highlands make them so unique and delicious, I recommend them to everyone! The service is efficient and friendly and we have also enjoyed a couple of tastings when visiting in person. All round my favourite gin distillery by far!
