Ingredients

• 50ml Award-Winning Signature Cairngorm Gin

• 10ml Oloroso Sherry

• Ginger Ale

• Ice cubes

• Garnish: a twist of orange peel

Method

1. Fill a highball glass generously with ice.

2. Pour over 50ml of Signature Cairngorm Gin and 10ml of Oloroso Sherry.

3. Top with ginger ale to taste.

4. Gently stir to combine.

5. Garnish with a twist of orange peel for a fresh, aromatic finish.
