Gin Alexander

A rich, creamy, and indulgent winter treat with a gin twist. This Gin Alexander combines the smooth botanicals of Cairngorm Gin Special Edition with rich chocolate and fresh cream, making it the perfect cocktail for cosy holiday evenings.

Ingredients

• 40ml Cairngorm Gin Special Edition

• 30ml Lucky White Cacao Liqueur

• 30ml Fresh cream

• Ice cubes

• Garnish: grated nutmeg or a light dusting of cocoa powder

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add 40ml Cairngorm Gin Special Edition, 30ml Lucky White Cacao Liqueur, and 30ml fresh cream.

3. Shake vigorously until well chilled and creamy.

4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

5. Garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg or cocoa powder.
