Winter Gin & Tonic

The classic Gin & Tonic with a festive twist — crisp, refreshing, and perfect for the colder months. The botanicals of our Cairngorm Gin Special Edition shine alongside the gentle spice of ginger and seasonal accents.

Ingredients

• 50ml Cairngorm Gin Special Edition

• 200ml Fever-Tree Tonic

• Ice cubes

• Garnish: a slice of dried orange, a few slices of fresh or dried ginger, and a handful of cranberries

Method

1. Fill a highball glass generously with ice.

2. Pour over 50ml Cairngorm Gin Special Edition.

3. Top with 200ml Fever-Tree Tonic.

4. Gently stir to combine.

5. Garnish with dried orange, ginger, and cranberries for a festive finish.
