Winter Gin & Spiced Ginger

This serve is the perfect balance of refreshing and warming flavours — ideal for cosy autumn evenings or festive gatherings. The crisp character of our Cairngorm Gin Special Edition pairs beautifully with the gentle spice of ginger ale, while the garnish adds both flavour and a splash of seasonal colour.

Ingredients

• 50ml Cairngorm Gin Special Edition

• 200ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

• Ice cubes

• Garnish: a slice of dried orange, a few slices of fresh or dried ginger, and a scattering of cranberries

Method

1. Fill a highball glass generously with ice.

2. Pour over 50ml of Cairngorm Gin Special Edition.

3. Top with 200ml of Fever-Tree Ginger Ale.

4. Gently stir to combine.

5. Garnish with dried orange, ginger, and cranberries for a warming, festive finish.
