A refined, balanced cocktail that highlights the unique botanicals of our Rothiemurchus Estate Edition Cairngorm Gin. Combined with Lillet Blanc, Luxardo Maraschino, and a touch of plum bitters, this serve is elegant, aromatic, and perfect for sipping slowly.

Ingredients

• 35ml Rothiemurchus Estate Edition Cairngorm Gin
• 20ml Lillet Blanc
• 5ml Luxardo Maraschino
• 2 dashes Plum Bitters
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: optional orange twist or cherry

Method

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add 35ml Rothiemurchus Estate Edition Gin, 20ml Lillet Blanc, 5ml Luxardo Maraschino, and 2 dashes of plum bitters.
3. Stir gently until well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
5. Garnish with an orange twist or cherry for a refined finish.
