Bergamot Bees Knees

A bold and citrus-forward cocktail that showcases the robust botanicals of our Mountain Strength Gin. Balanced with the floral notes of Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, fresh lemon, and a touch of honey, it’s the perfect way to enjoy the Highlands in a glass.

Ingredients

• 35ml Cairngorm Mountain Gin

• 15ml Italicus Bergamot Liqueur

• 20ml Lemon Juice

• 20ml Honey

• Ice cubes

• Garnish: orange twist

• Recommended glass: Nick & Nora

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add 35ml Mountain Gin, 15ml Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, 20ml lemon juice, and 20ml honey.

3. Shake well until chilled and combined.

4. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

5. Garnish with an orange twist for a bright, aromatic finish.
