Nose
Light but complex, you are welcomed by a harmony of dried fruit, orange peel and the sweet spices reminiscent of fruit cake, supported by the familiar notes of juniper.
Palate
A very round and full mouthfeel are complemented by the warm and comforting flavours of Seville orange, cinnamon and baking spice. The spruce character of juniper underpins the experience adding length and complexity.
Finish
Lingering on the finish are the echoes of dried fruits, candied orange peel and crystalised ginger. Subtle hints of liquorice and pine add depth and complexity to this heartwarming experience.
